Cookie usage
Effective October 4, 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember you between visits — for example, so you don't have to sign in again.
Cookies used by Star Path
1. Strictly necessary (the site does not work without them)
astro_session— session token after sign-in. Lifetime 30 days. HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax. Without it you would be signed out on every page reload.astro_oauth_state— CSRF protection during social sign-in. Deleted immediately after the provider redirects you back; lives no longer than 10 minutes.astro_consent_*— records of the consents you have given. Lifetime 1 year.
2. Preferences
lang— the interface language you have chosen, so the site opens in your language on the next visit. Lifetime 1 year.
3. Analytics
astro_visitor— anonymous visitor identifier (UUID). Used for visit analytics and A/B experiment attribution. Not linked to your identity until you register.
Third-party trackers
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other external trackers. All analytics is collected on our own servers and tied to astro_visitor (see above).
How to disable cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Note that without the strictly necessary cookies the site cannot authenticate you — you won't be able to sign in to your account or place an order.
To withdraw consent to data processing in general, see the Privacy Policy, section "Your rights".
