1. About the service

1.1. Star Path ("we", "the Service") prepares personal astrological readings based on the birth data you provide: natal charts, forecasts, compatibility readings and related reports. Planet positions, houses and aspects are calculated on our servers using the Swiss Ephemeris library; the interpretation text is generated automatically from those calculations with the help of language models and additional automated editing.

1.2. The result is digital content: the reading is delivered to your personal account on the website and to your email address as a PDF file. No physical carrier is produced or shipped.

1.3. These Terms govern the use of the website and the purchase of paid services. By paying for an order you accept these Terms. Using the free features of the website implies acceptance of these Terms to the extent applicable, and of the Privacy Policy.

2. Age restriction

2.1. The Service is intended for adults only. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Nature of the service and its limits

3.1. Astrology is not a scientific discipline. A reading is not a prediction of events and not a guarantee of any outcome.

3.2. Any decisions you make with regard to the content of a reading are your own decisions. We are not liable for their consequences, including in relationships, health, career or finances.

3.3. The chapters included in a reading depend on the completeness of your data: without an exact birth time, chapters that require the houses of the horoscope are not produced. The Service warns about this before payment.

4. Orders, payment and delivery

4.1. Prices are shown on the website before payment and are fixed in the order at the moment of checkout. We may change prices; changes do not affect orders already paid.

4.2. Payment is made online through our payment partners. Full bank card details are processed by the payment provider and are neither transmitted to us nor stored by us.

4.3. The usual preparation time is under one hour after payment; the maximum delivery time is 24 hours. The service is considered rendered when the reading becomes available in your personal account and is sent to your email address.

4.4. The calculation is made strictly from the data you enter. The accuracy of the birth date, time and place is your responsibility. If you notice a mistake, contact support within 7 days of receiving the reading: we will recalculate and regenerate the reading once, free of charge, from the corrected data.

4.5. A reading may be purchased as a gift: after payment you receive a gift link to pass to the recipient, who enters their own birth data.

5. Refunds

5.1. If the service has not been rendered — the reading was not delivered within the maximum time for reasons attributable to us, or the calculation contains an error — you are entitled to a full refund.

5.2. To request a refund, contact our support team at hello@star-path.ru from the email address used for the order, stating the order date. We review requests within 3 business days and refund approved amounts to the original payment method.

5.3. A mistake in the birth data you entered is resolved by a free recalculation (§4.4), not by a refund.

6. Rights to the result

6.1. The reading is provided for personal, non-commercial use: you may store it, print it and share it with people close to you.

6.2. You may not resell the reading, publish it in full under your own name, use it to provide paid services to third parties, or extract its structure or methodology to build a competing service.

7. Liability

7.1. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the price of the order in respect of which a claim arises.

7.2. We are not liable for failures of third parties: telecom operators, email providers, messengers, payment systems and banks, nor for non-delivery of email caused by the filters and settings of your mailbox.

7.3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and may suspend it for maintenance and updates, taking reasonable measures to keep interruptions short.

8. Personal data

8.1. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. To generate the reading text, birth data is transferred to an AI service — this is done only with your explicit consent, requested at registration or checkout.

9. Final provisions

9.1. These Terms apply indefinitely until withdrawn or replaced. The current version is always published at this address with its version number and effective date; new versions apply to orders paid after that date.
